They are more than just a vendor, we’re family
In 1984, Illingworth Engineering Company (IEC) sold (3) three firetube Cleaver-Brooks steam boilers to Memorial Health (UMC) in Savannah, Georgia. The steam supports the medical facilities’ autoclaves, cafeteria and important operating functions like their operating room.
Like many facilities, boiler maintenance is often a function that is handled internally. However, those functions can only take you so far with boiler/ welding repairs and combustion tuning. IEC has been a knowledge partner along the way providing assistance inside and outside the boiler room. That commitment has proven them the business a trusted contractor must earn.
“It has been an absolute pleasure working with Illingworth Engineering. They’re a “class act” understanding our tight schedules, whether it’s performing our Annual P.M.’s, or if it’s getting us the parts we need to get us back up and running.
They have always been “Johnny on the spot” when we call for help or when we need advice. They are more than just a Vender, we consider them part of our family. Not to mention, our Boiler Inspector respects their work. Their staff are very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable.
As a bonus, when Syd comes by to check on us he usually brings Doughnuts (love that guy) what more could you ask for. They are the guys that we turn to in the time of need, for all of our Boiler needs, whether it’s our Steam Boilers or our Water Heater Boilers. I highly recommend them!”
